Nothing feels better than realizing you are about to walk into your second chance. That is where I am right now, and God knows I am delighted about it.
I learned many lessons in the last season of my life, including maintaining integrity in your waiting season. You know, not always was I a virtuous woman, or queenly in my thinking. Even now, I'm not where I'd like to be in those areas, but I'm growing in grace and nothing in the world feels better.
Apparently, the change has been seen and my gifts are making room for me. But in all of the excitement over new book contracts and speaking engagements, I'm careful to remember the God I served in my low points because no one deserves to celebrate with me more than my Father does. This is like a new beginning for me and it feels so good!
